Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 7 days for a complete merchandise refund. All returns must be in unused, reselable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Customer is responsible for both way shipping costs including the Free Shipping items. The shipping cost for the item mark Free Shipping will be deducted and Final cost will be return to customer. MedShopDirect will only pay shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
Return Authorization:
(RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us at 1-626-579-7335, 9:00AM-4:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Restocking Fees:
A 15% restocking fees applies to all items. Power Wheelchair, Scooter and Standing Chair 20% restocking fee. Delivery: All orders placed by 2:00 PM PST are shipped the next day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.
Payment:
For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can also pay by Paypal. or send your payment to the address 25 Carol Pine Ln. Arcadia, CA 91107. Please note that it make take 5-10 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
Sales Tax:
State sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise. US Government and Educational Institutions : No payment is required at the time of purchaser for most United States Federal, State and Local Governments, as well as Educational Institutions. Simply set up your account online and Fax us your PO# (Purchase Order) to 1-626-839-2550. The purchase order number is necessary in order for us to process your request. Our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days.
